Problem
The original site was text-heavy and lacked a clear consultation funnel. Visibility and package inquiries were declining.
Goal
Increase visibility, improve user flow, and drive consultations to boost packaged sales before the June 7th board meeting.
Strategic Timeline
After consulting with the CEO, I led a 72-hour solo redesign sprint to boost visibility and consultations. The quick turnaround provided a week of user data before the June 7th board meeting. As General Manager, I focused on improving the consultation funnel, driving packaged sales, and delivering measurable growth through end-to-end design and strategy.
Research & Insight
After several customer inquiries about how to purchase tutoring packages or book consultations, it became clear that users were confused by the site’s layout and call-to-action flow.
To uncover friction points, I analyzed site analytics, gathered visitor feedback, and conducted a brief heuristic review.
Customers needed a clear, direct path to purchase and stronger visual hierarchy to guide them from interest to action.
Design Process

The site lacked photos and visual cues, making it feel impersonal and less credible to first-time visitors.

Users couldn’t find a way to buy or book tutoring packages due to missing CTAs and confusing page layout.

The site lacked photos and personable content, so users didn’t feel confident buying directly online. As a result, consultations became necessary to build trust and help users speak with a real person before committing.
